Employright a flexible package which can meet equally the requirements of the small employer making the occasional one off enquiry as well as the large corporate employer seeking a full employee screening service.

Employright a full range of services ranging from the verification of basic employee information through to a comprehensive range of checks, involving a lot more research. This latter is usually requested when recruiting senior staff and for screening employees holding responsible and trusted positions.

Employright an “in depth reference” service whereby we automatically investigate all inconsistencies or omissions in the information initially supplied to us to ensure that a full history is presented to our client. There is no extra charge for this service.

Employright a dedicated client relationship manager is provided for each client to ensure continuity is maintained at all times. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our clients and formally update them on a regular basis although we will advise them of any important issue immediately they are known to us. Interim and final reports are produced in a format acceptable to the client supplemented with all relevant documentary evidence.
 
Employright detailed reports are provided for each employee verification request we research. Where requested these can be formatted to meet a client's specific request and also produced so that they easily integrate into a client’s internal process. This provides our clients with a formal audit trail of the checks undertaken which helps to support any regulatory requirements.

Employright a tailor made service to meet our client's requirements including short deadlines, where a faster than normal response time is required. However we do ask clients to recognise that we cannot influence the response timing of information received from third parties although we do follow up all outstanding issues on a more than regular basis.

Employright for international companies seeking our services it is often easier to work via the internet and telephone whilst some of our UK clients prefer a more personal approach which might include making site visits. We are equally adaptable to either approach.
